PAREN Q1 2025
Fourteen Years Strong and Just Getting Started

Welcome to the first edition of the Princeton Alumni Real Estate Network newsletter. When I started the alumni group back in March 2011, I had no idea how many alumni worked in this industry. Well, there are more than 1200, covering every niche within CRE and infrastructure. The group would hardly have gotten off the ground without the early encouragement of those of you who attended our earliest events and, most importantly, from Marc Landis ’84, who hosted our first three gatherings at his office in NYC. Since then, we have held dozens of events around the country, including our annual Reunions meet-up. It’s hard to believe that it’s been 14 years since we started, and I am even more excited about the future of our group.
This newsletter will help to usher in the next phase of our growth, and bring more of you together, professionally and socially. We plan to publish this newsletter quarterly, and hope that it will encourage you to share your news with us. Future editions will look similar to this one: we will include a selection of PAREN member profiles; we will publicize deals that you close; we will share your new job announcements; if you write an article for an industry publication or if you will be speaking on an industry panel, let’s us know and we will help spread the word.
Of course, if you have any ideas for the newsletter or for the group as a whole, let us know. PAREN is for all of us. The more you engage, the more valuable it will be for everyone.
